I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with stunning views from the balcony, giving a distant view of the Caribbean Sea. The balconies provided a great view of the city, making it a must-experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a microwave and fridge, but my room on the first floor overlooking a roof wasn't ideal. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, just across from Emancipation Park, but crossing the busy road could be a challenge. The dining options were delicious, catering to various dietary needs, and the facilities were great overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, with a small kitchen and spacious layout featuring two double beds, good storage space, and a decent bathroom with a bath and over the bath shower. The balcony added to the beauty of the rooms.
The hotel offers very nice one-bedroom suites with an executive desk and excellent WiFi at the Pegasus with balcony. The service from Kevin over in the conference side towards our young family at Alexander's, who greets you with a cold towel, is a nice perk after a hot day outside. The location in New Kingston is amazing, and the room at Alexander's Restaurant is central to doing business in Kingston.
The hotel is centrally located, offering a safe and convenient stay in Kingston. The rooms are comfortable and modern, though not overly spacious. The service is exceptional, with staff always eager to assist. The dining options are satisfactory but could be improved with more variety.
The hotel room was not very large but not small either, equipped with a work station, safe, mini refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, cable TV, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. It was perfectly clean and well-equipped with complementary toiletries. The service was incredibly friendly, particularly the front desk team who made me feel like part of their family. The location was fantastic, just a few hundred meters from many restaurants, allowing me to fully enjoy Kingston both day and night. The dining experience, while basic, was acceptable, especially after enjoying a delicious Jamaican breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory.
